• Prepare dining tables: tablecloths, dishes, utensils, condiments, etc., before service time.

• Welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and introduce the menu.

• Take customer orders and clearly communicate them to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve food and beverages in the correct order and according to service standards.

• Check food and drinks before serving to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness.

• Respond to customer requests within permitted scope and coordinate with relevant departments when needed.

• Perform cashier duties if assigned, including printing bills and processing payments.

• Clear tables after guests finish dining and keep the work area clean and tidy.

• Report incidents to management (e.g., damaged dishes, customer complaints, issues).

• Assist in serving during events such as banquets, conferences, buffets, etc., as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Presentable appearance, quick and professional demeanor, polite and friendly communication.

• Table service skills and basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage
